How to watch a program with a friend in 2 houses

My friend and I are watching a programme together but can't get together to finish it.  Is there a way we can watch it together but from our own homes?  I've heard of teleparty app but can't seem to download it to sky stream even though I pay for all the streaming services it's supposed to be used for.

@Cheryl16 you can't download apps to your Stream box the only apps on it are the ones Sky give you 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@Cheryl16 you maybe thinking of the Watch Together  function that the Sky Live system offers but that requires both homes to have a Sky Glass TV and the Live camera system.

If the programme is on Amazon Prime Video you can start a Watch Party with your friend which syncs the stream of a show between multiple viewers in different locations.
