How to remove a series from your playlist when you have already selected "remove series"

I have removed a series from my playlist but it is still showing as available. How can I remove completely. Thanks

Go into your Playlist and page down to Manage all.  Select and all your selections will be shown, select the programs you want to delete and choose Remove series.
