How do you stop the device fro m going into standby mode every few hours

Hi @Harry_Billy and welcome to the forum.  Unfortunately it will automatically go into standby mode after a period of inactivity (it's part of the eco system)

To stop the puck losing your network connection though go to settings  > startup & standby and turn ON Networked Standby mode.  Whilst in that menu it's also best to turn OFF overnight power saving..

You have to move the remote every so often

Is there a method of requesting an enhancement to the operating system so you can set the inactivity timer or turn it off? I'm fed up with pausing a program to come back and find the box has turned off and I have lost my place in the program I was watching.
