How do I switch of audio description this is my new pick box streamer

Got new box in Friday set it up ok but discovered the audio description.dont know how to switch it of .they said press question mark the new remote doesn't have one or a help button what do I do next.

Try the ... button when watching TV. This should let you choose audio mode (like audio description) and subtitles. 

You can also turn it off by default in settings at the bottom of your Home Screen.

Thanks for help .I scrolled down on my home button to settings pressed moved to accessibility,it says switch your audio off.so that's it's done.just getting used to new box.good luck
