How can I delete or pick an episode out of a series so I don’t watch again

I want to delete an episode out of a series so that I do not watch it again.

You can't delete episodes. The Sky streaming platform is like all the streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ etc) where you add shows (not episodes) to your playlist/watchlist and watch at your own convenience. Everything is streamed, nothing is recorded locally

If you have this episode on your planner then find it so that it is highlighted then press the yellow button to delete it.

Hello , thanks for that but I have no yellow button. I have a single button with red , green , yellow and blue dots on it top right hand side of the control unit.

You can't on Sky Stream. It's a library of all on demand content available to stream. It is not like having a hard drive which you can record and delete things from.
