Hi, the sound is choppy only on Sky movies

Hi, the sound is choppy and breaks and sounds robotic on Sky movie only. Any suggestions?

Have you tried giving your puck a reboot to see if it helps? Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power back on and try playing a movie again. 

Also experiment with the sound output settings. Do you have it set to Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital+ or PCM? Are you connected to an amplifier or soundbar? Is it Dolby Atmos compatible?

Yeh rebooted it but still doesnt work. So strange because news and other channels are fine only movies that sound wired. The sound coming out of my tv..
