If you are on a rolling monthly contract, that's not a problem. If you opted for an 18 month minimum term and are more than a month into it, unfortunately that's trickier.

You need to call Skyto make changes to your acccount rather than post on a public forum.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
As mentioned by @TimmyBGood if you are within the first 31 days of an 18-month contract that woun't be an issue but if you have had it longer than 31 days Sky will likely charge early termination fees to the full value of the contract.
