After restarting Sky went on normal and I somehow don't have my remote connected to reset it

Re: Hi, My WiFi was showing disconnected, I tried resetting Sky Puck and disconnected the remote.
@Hasan321 as a general rule dont reset Stream pucks unless asked to by Sky as if it goes wrong it can brick the unit. If you have disconnected the remote you can reconnect it by pressing 1 & 3 together until the screen tells you it has reconnected. The remotecshould have retained its programming for your TV
When trying to sort faults simply disconnect the power for a few seconds as thst clears most minor issues. If. Loss of wifi is best solved by following the on screen prompts. To stop it happening change the startvup, and standby setting so the unit stsys networked while in standby.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
