Hi. I ordered the Sky stream but didn't realise it doesn't have the channel I ordered it for.

Is it possible to switch my current sky stream for another sky product that has the channels I want?

You'd need to cancel the Stream order, and then place a separate order for Sky Q (satellite television) which is the only other current Sky product.

Stream can be cancelled before it arrives or up to one month after activation (for the 18 month minimum term contract) or by giving 30 days notice on the rolling contract.

That's incorrect - there are a number of channels available on the satellite platform that aren't available on the streaming platform.

From a Sky product perspective there is only Sky Q. However you could always look at alternative tv providers to Sky, but again you would need to check they carry the channels you want.

@CJ007 they are FTA DSat channels so no subscription required... they are also on YouTube and TBN has a Smart TV app🙂
