Help please, I cannot get the back of my Sky Stream remote to change the batteries

I have tried following the instructions on GOOGLE but it does not work

Put on a pair of rubber gloves and press harder.

It only moves a few mm and make sure your are moving it in the direction of the arrow.

@FIRSVIEW   I struggled the first time I got it.  Hold it in your hands as if you are praying and slide them in opposite directions.  Keep trying or as suggested use rubber gloves if your hands keep slipping.  I hope that works.
