I have been requesting a replacement Sky stream remote since Sunday April 7th...was told I would get one in two days. Nothing arrived so I called again and was told it should have been 3 to 5 working days, so you were told wrong! Nothing has still arrived so called again and was told you should get it within 3 to 5 working days. Asked why it had not arrived after the first call. They will look into it and call me back today. No call back and no remote😡

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gray2 You can request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote by all accounts they usually arrive within a couple of days. It's probably much easier than phoning and more reliable.
When my remote needed replacing the link had not yet been setup and I ended up phoning 4 times before I received the replacement.
If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.
