Touch wood mine is still working well. Hayu said I have to contact Sky for any refund. I haven't done so yet

I just tried twice to access the App via my Sky Glass tv - went to the dreaded black screen on both occasions

Nope my Hayu has stopped working since Sky has now added it to the "subscribe through us option".
Which makes it look like Sky are causing issues with the app if you aren't subscribed to it through them? As Hayu works perfectly fine on all my other devices......
Never had an issue previously so the version 1.11.6(sky[sky]) is causing a problem.

What happens?
Do you see any error messages?
Do you see it on opening the app?
Do you see it on playing some, or all content? Can you provide examples of this content?

My Hayu app accessed through sky apps has only stopped working this week. It has for some reason logged me out maybe due to an update, it's version 1.11.6(sky[sky]).
I can now no longer log in or gain access to the app through sky ONLY. Every single time I try to log in or pair it to my current Hayu account via my phone it just refreshes and takes me back to the Home Screen. No error messages just back to the Home Screen.
It had previously shown issues that others had mention through viewing it on the sky app such as a completely blank screen. But I have never up until now ever been logged out and unable to log back in again. I have no issues logging in or watching the Hayu app on any other device so it is clearly a Sky issue.

Mine is still mostly working. Occasionally, there's a bit of flickering and a drop in resolution, but if I go out and come back in again, it usually solves it. I've been able to watch shows all the way through, and that's the main thing. Long may it last.

So, this week I watched a UHD episode on Sky and then tried to watch Hayu. The Hayu episode kept stopping and jumping so I had to give up. I checked and Sky was downloading the next UHD episode. The next day I went straight to Hayu and watched the programme fine.
So I suspect that the Sky download was interfering with the Hayu stream. I don't think this should happen. It doesn't happen with any other streaming service. I have a 200mbps broadband speed.
