Are they ever going to refund us for the 2 months of no service, took the money for it quick enough though knowing there was issues with it 😡

Screen going blank then kicked out off app.

Guys, I rebooted my Hayu app through sky settings and it's working normally again!

Hay U still has issues for me, it constantly flashes black when pausing, playing, fast forwarding. It also launches lots of episodes in a low resolution and just gets stuck there and doesn't increase to HD.

Mine's just gone again, too. Back to black screens and lots of jumping around with programme icons disappearing. It had been fine for weeks, so it's particularly irritating.

I know; it's ridiculous! I might go back to the early days of this thread - back in the dim and distant past - and try that reset fix. I really can't be bothered calling Sky about it, and I do have my Amazon firestick ...

Hayu Activation

I have just signed up for a free Hayu trial through Sky Stream. I have put in my card details which then takes you to another page with a QR code to scan to activate the subscription. This QR code doesn't work, the webpage is unreachable, I have then tried to cancel the subscription multiple ways but I can't as it has not been activated. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way around it. I don't think sky should be advertising a QR code to scan that doesn't work!

When using HAYU App my TV frequently switches itself off

When using HAYU App my TV is too frequently switching itself off and when I switch my TV on again and try to continue watching HAYU the quality of the App is significantly reduced, blurred out and faded colour. This only happens when I'm trying to watch HAYU I watch other Apps and they are fine. Is there a bug in the SKY streaming service?

Hayu freezes and crashes

Subscribed to Hayu so we can watch Below Deck - our guilty pleasure - but it just keeps freezing and then crashing.

sometimes it restarts and others it says too many devices are accessing it despite only being watched on one TV.

Anyone else have this issue?  
I feel like this is a bit of a swizz to pay for an app that doesn't work very well

HAYU not working

 Opened Hayu to subscribe so I could watch a show followed the steps set up the subscription however Hayu will not load say on blank screen

Just used Hayu app after a few months and this problem is still occuring? How long is it going to take to fix.
