HAYU Application continues to not work

I have the HAYU application but it will either not stream any content or it will intermittently work... any recommendation to solve this issue?

We apologise for the problem and have escalated the issue to our support teams, who are working to resolve it.  As soon as I have more information, I'll let you all know.

Can you access hayu on other devices?

I have to resort to using the app through my smart TV which does still work as normal. Seems to be an issue with the Sky Stream app specifically. Have also tried resetting pucks and refreshing apps to no avail. Other apps working as expected.

I have not checked to see if it works on any different device, I will give it a go to see though.

I also have the same issue. Sky say there is nothing wrong and no one else has complained! I find that hard to believe! Restarting the sky steam box used to work for rne but don't so many times its not having the same affect

I have the same problem through Sky Q app flicking dark screen turns it self off. No issues on phone or throght the app on other TVs

Yes I'm still experiencing this issue also, screen keeps flickering while in the app.

Same thing happening to us. Select HayU app and black screen. Nothing happens. Have reset and turned on/off - all the usual requests. 

What's going on? Paying for extra services cannot access.

Iam having same issue on stream, just a blank screen, reset box and refreshed apps nothing works, been like this for a week, still took payment quick enough though

Hi, I'm the same. If I turn puck on and off agin, scroll to apps and inputs, it then loads. Bit of a hassle and time consuming so appreciate any help!

The same is happening for me - I click the Hayu app and it's just a black screen. It has been like this for 2 weeks now. It's a bit ridiculous paying for a service that cannot be delivered. Hopefully this will be rectified ASAP otherwise I'll just have to cancel.
