Greatest Artworks on Sky Arts not playing

A bit random, but I've tried to watch a documentary on Sky Arts called Greatest Artworks, but the program won't play. It should be 45mins per episode and there are a couple of seasons, but whenever I try to watch it it won't play. The program loads but then seems stuck on the intro screen. No sound, fast forwarding doesn't do anything, tried exiting and reloading. I've even had to do a factory reset on my sky puck (for an unrelated issue) but it's still not letting me watch the program. Any ideas? 

Using Sky Stream and have the relevant channel package.

Try rebooting your puck in the first instance. If that doesn't work you will need to email skys viewer relations team who will investigate with the relevant broadcaster (in this case Sky Arts) and feedback. Their email address is viewerR@sky.uk.
