Good morning,I have received my stream sky but when I plug the box , nothing happens.No lights,dead.

Looks like Sky sent a broken box?

If I press the On bottom, nothing happens.I just received a few days ago.

And Still I couldn't set it up.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Or the box came just dead?

Hi @Antonia30 have you checked trying to plug it into a different electrical socket jsut to make sure the issue isn't with the socket and is actually an issue with the device.

Also are you trying to turn it on using the standby button on the bottom of the box or the standby button on the remote. If you have only tried the remote its possible that is where the issue is in which case:

Check the batteries
An easy way to check is to cover the buttons slightly on your Sky remote with your hand. You should see a white backlight behind the buttons. If you don't see the backlight the issue is the power with the remote, so potentially a battery issue.

Check the battery compartment to make sure the paper used to protect the battery has been fully removed. It might have ripped when being removed leaving some behind.

Still can't see the backlight? It’s likely you need to replace the two AAA batteries.
