Going back to stream

I had stream last year but opted to go back to Q in the cooling off period.

My circumstances have now changed and would like stream again

Do you think sky will allow this as am in 18 month Q contract.

Possibly but only if you sign up for an 18 month Stream Contract.

Yeah I don't mind 18 month as it's cheaper

@cooter29  @CardiffMan1992  Is correct that's the only way you can do it

note though if you order any additional pucks in addition to the ones you currently own (unless you returned them in the cool off period also) these new ones will be loaned to you and will need returning should you subsequently cancel again

Re: Going back to stream

Thanks for replies.

All good. Re ordered stream with offers for 18 months without issue and re contracted my broadband for far cheaper than was paying and I had over a year left on old broadband contract

The guy on phone was superb
