From Sky Q to Sky Puck picture Quality
Just moved from Sky Q to Sky Puck viewing on a Sony Bravia 85" with full fibre and hardwired and the picture is awful, any suggestions and it's not TV related as the apps are really good

Depends what you're watching really, and the native resolution. What exactly makes it awful?
Some upscaled HD & some UHD content can be overly compressed & look quite nasty but a lot of Sky's UHD content can look excellent, particularly with HLG HDR.
Try setting the puck video output to 1080i, the native HD resolution for most live channels & see if your TV upscales better than the puck. Only set it to 2160P when watching native UHD content.
