Freezing, buffering, sound cutouts, TNT tour de france

Having a nightmare trying to watch the Tour, channel is almost utterly unwatchable- live steam is stuttering, buffering, sound cutting out, freezing - it's pretty much unwatchable.  Have checked help forums, no joy.  Please help before Monday and Vonteux ... thank you

That typically the sign of a weak network connection that the puck is getting, it seems to affect sports channels more often than other channels.

Is the puck connected via Wifi or ethernet?

Both main box and extra box are the same, it seems to be anything via TNT ... appreciate your help

@ABCE  Although it won't help with your picture freezing issue it will help with your predicament of watching the Tour.  There is live coverage on ITV 4 (Ch 124) each day with highlights in the evening on ITVX.

Unfortunately it is the last year that ITV will be providing coverage so I'm not sure how I will be watching next year.  I have been following the Tour since a schoolboy in the 1960s and was devastated when my cycling hero Tom Simpson died whilst climbing Mont Ventoux in the 1967 (?) tour.

Thank you.  My hubbie did the Cingles 9 years ago, planning again for next year, though 65 next time! So disappointed in coverage, will persevere. Thanks
