Discussion topic: Football matches on Saturday at 3:00pm

I cannot get Championship matches on Saturday at 3:00pm on Sky Sports + despite being sold Sky Stream. Also cannot get to actually TALK to anyone from Sky! Am I the only one?

@Keith9991 The information from @mikealanr is correct so unfortunately you have been mis sold as the only exception is during international breaks where league 1 and 2 is broadcast at 3pm but no championship games

What happens when you try?

Will the '3pm blackout' remain?
The blocked broadcast period - frequently referred to as 'Article 48' - between 2.45pm and 5.15pm on Saturday afternoons, will remain, meaning that main broadcast fixtures will be scheduled for outside of this time.

TimmyBGood - Thanks for your response - there are no featured matches appearing at 3:00pm. My understanding (based on what I was told by Sky Sales) was that would be matches and if I clicked on a featured match I could then use the Red button to select the one I wanted.

mikealanr - thanks for the response; I'm aware of the Black Out (Art 48) but my undersatnding based on what I was sold and promotional information was that the 3:00pm Games would be available on NOw and Sports Sports plus

Sky1992bf - Thanks for the response - I suspected this was the case. I've been so appalled with Sky support - the Bot is useless and getting a straight answer or through to someone to discuss at Sky is like 'wrestling with soot'
