Everything I try to buy sky stream, I get a follow up email about a cancellation

How can I get sky stream, because it keeps cancelling after I request it.

Do you currently have a Sky TV product? Sky+HD or Q? If you do then you'll need to ring Sky to switch to Stream. If you're a new customer then it may be some form of credit check that you're failing. In any case, try giving Sky a ring to order instead.

The credit check should only apply if you  are trying to purchase a Sky Glass TV under a credit agreement.

Weirdly there are occasional posts about credit checks taking place for sky stream orders .... I'll raise it and check the ordering process

Well that's interesting - I wouldn't have thought that would be necessary for subscription services.

Not a credit check, you will get checks done for things like identify and fraud etc but credit checks really should only be when you are entering a credit/loan agreement.

 

I guess its possible one of the other checks failed for the OP, for which our advice would remain the same, they need to call Sky to find out what has happened 😀
