Still no access to this fight? I called help lone and they said the issue would be fixed but still nothing?

We're sorry you are having difficulty watching the PPV event. Please reboot your Glass/Stream, wait 10 minutes, reboot again after which you can watch the event

I have restarted,  held button down as suggested to force software update... followed Sky advice received by text and still nothing. 4 and a half hours missed... I like to watch ALL fights not just the main event. So disappointed

No. Don't do the recovery process with the button. 

Turn it off at the mains.

Switch it back on

Watch normal tv for 10 mins

Turn it off at the mains again

Switch it back on again

PPV will work
