Event unavailable for sky sports box office fight tonight

I have booked the event and when I select to watch it I get message event unavailable?

Unplug your sky stream. Hold the standby on the bottom and plug back in continuing to hold the standby button. 

Wait for the lights to flash on the box and release this will Force a software update. 

I have just done this and it is now working.

I wouldn't have thought thatbwoulve the issue as it's allowed that many to buy and the demand is very low compared to other events

Anyone help with this? Sky glass and puks cant watch on any of them? I've unplugged etc but still unavailable

Try this.
