England v Albania match removed from playlist

I was one hour behind the live broadcast of England v Albania. I tried to fast forward the adverts and was taken back to the Playlist. The programme has disappeared from my Playlist and now I've missed the end. Come on Sky, please sort out these bugs with Sky Stream. I wish I still had Sky Q!!

It's most likely that ITV have pushed the On Demand version to ITVx after the main broadcast ended but I would have thought it should still show in your planner.

I have the ITV England match playlisted from ITVs earlier England matches in this tournament season.

Last nights match is sitting in my Playlist to play, 2 hr 36 m

It will play via ITVx if you click on the tile in your playlist now.

Thank you very much - I've found the programme by doing what you said - it was in the catch up menu. I really wish Sky would sort out the Playlist, it's so confusing and not as straightforward as Sky Q which I had for many years.

@HangTight from all accounts, it is a bit of a journey to adapt from SkyQ. Personally, we've never had SkyQ and moved over from BT TV so we found it really easy to adapt..

I suspect once the live match ended there was a short delay until; TV made it available on catch-up again on ITV X, and during that time it would disappear from the playlist. Not only does the replay need to be published to ITV X post live broadcast but then that update would need to sync back with Sky's playlisting system for it detect the replay is available.

@HangTight   The same thing happened to me.  I understand the new update QSO35 will sort this, which is being rolled out as I type, but I presume you like me hasn't had the update yet?
