@headsblues  That doesn't sound very generous especially as the base prices will be increasing in April.  Did you speak to customer services or the retention team?  The latter are authorised to give better discounts 🤞

Re: End of contract

I rang the only number I could find on the website and that was after going through several pages!

@headsblues In that case it would most likely have been Customer Services you were speaking to.  Try again and ask them if they can have another look to see as if they are able to offer any better discounts and if not ask to be put through to the Retentions Team and see if they can offer anymore.   There are no guarantees as no company has any obligation to offer discounts but it is certainly worth another try.

Difficult questions to answer because it depends on which Sky Stream package you choose.

There are various options available, either on a 31 day rolling contract or a 2 year contract. The longer contracts have at least two price rises during them, the amount of which varies depending on what package you choose.

Discounts on Sky Stream tend to only be for new customers but you can sometimes negotiate a few free months of ad skipping or UHD/Atmos. Broadband is treated as a separate contract to the TV side of things and is billed separately too.

Re: End of contract

Thanks for replying, so the price increase if i had basic stream at 26 pound a month for two years would go up with the percentage rate is that correct as i can't see what the full rate would be.

Re: End of contract

Did try but no real discounts on offer and so considering going to BT where I can have what I currently have with Sky and more for nearly £20 cheaper. Thanks for your help though

@davidsmudger In your My Bills section of the My Sky app when you look at a TV bill it will be broken down for you including expiry dates.
