Hi @Lowe108
Sky charge extra for Atmos and Dolby but this is for Sky content only. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/picture-and-sound-settings-sky-stream
I've just checked my Apple TV account on my Glass and it is showing content in Dolby and Atmos. I'll check on one of my pucks shortly but pretty sure it works.
Have you checked the settings in your puck to ensure the output settings are correct etc?

May be i have to be a UHD client to get Dolby Vision more £££, not sure why when my subscription is with Apple. Let me know what you find can you try HD/Auto as a resolution. Not interested to pay for a UHD service as an extra.

ATV+ is probably the only streaming service that doesn't charge for a premium subscription via an Apple TV. I don't know if you need theUHD/Atmos pack on Stream because I have it.

@Lowe108 The puck does support Dolby Vision on apps such as AppleTV, Netflix etc as long as you have the required subscription for the service you're trying at access. You may need to check the settings on your TV...

Re: Dolby Vision on Apple TV via Sky Stream box is not possible?
I wish my Dolby Vision was completely disabled for the Apple TV+ app! Whenever I try to watch anything it keeps bringing up the Dolby Vision notification in top- left, then cuts out 5 mins later, then comes back, then cuts out....and repeat. Had to give up watching any Apple TV stuff on my Stream puck unfortunately

That would suggest a bandwidth issue between your puck and the TV. Either try a faster, shorter HDMI 2.1 cable or make sure your TV's HDMI port is correctly set up to receive Dolby Vision.
Some TVs don't deal well with high bit-rate Dolby Vision content from external HDMI connected sources. If that's the case with yours then you'll be better off using the TV's own internal apps.
