Make sure WiFi is turned off on the puck's network settings.

I'm planning on factory resetting it later and see what happens.
I'll also attempt to capture a video of the original issue too at some point to provide to sky.

Tonight I thought our puck was dead. Totally blank screen after turning it on. Then the light started flashing quickly. Not seen this before. Then it rebooted itself. Once back after a minute or so, we've watched TV all evening and there's not been a single picture or sound dropout. Watched live and on demand on 5, BBC, Ch4. Now watching The Exorcist on Sky Cinema on demand in UHD, HDR and Atmos. Still no dropouts. Has there been a software update to fix this issue?

Mine has also updated to this version. Watching stream for the last hour and no drop outs 🤞

Have they published any release notes? Or do they take a cloak and dagger approach and leave it the users to figure things out.

I was hoping for no more drop outs with the update. But watched Penguin last night and drop out about 30 mins in, so I don't think it's fixed.😥
