Does my subscription automatically activate once the puck is marked delivered

Broadband installed 6 days ago. I can stream basics but not netflix.  My app thinks that puck has not arrived so subscription not active.  DOES THIS EVENTUALLY SORT ITSELF OUT OR DO I NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE? ??

Auto activation is three weeks after delivery, but if you can view anything through Stream then it's already activated.

I can see sky Atlantic but not netflix and the sky app says subscription processing but not activated.  I see to be in a halfway house.

My sky app seems to think I have another puck waiting to be delivered and says subscription not active. I can see sky Atlantic but not netflix

What do you mean you can't see netflix?

As @TimmyBGood as indicated if channels are loading that means the subscription is activated, as if it wasn't activated then you wouldn't be able to view the TV channels.

When I try to join netflix and link to my sky subscription it starts loading and goes to blue screen and nothing happens.  When I try to query through help they state that I have no active subscription.  I can see that I'm signed up for sky essentials and netfix but order still "processing "

@MarkGoldsmith @TimmyBGood

I've just found another post from October titled  "subscription not active". Apparently this has been happening since September and is a known glitch.  Still not sure if I have to do anything or if someone will eventually mark items as delivered and it will work

I would contact Sky.  I received my puck last Saturday, and the service is now showing as active.

Had you similar problems initially and did they sort automatically?

Hi @Heather999

No, I had no issues with setup. I didn't need to contact Sky.  I suppose I've been one of the lucky ones. There does seem to be a few people on here who have issues with setup.
