Discovery+ premium - can access via TNT but not via Discovery+ app
I upgraded my Sky account to include TNT Sports and the Discovery+ premium access a few weeks ago. Since then I have been able to watch via the TNT channels, but if I try to go into the Discovery+ app to watch the same channels I get the screen telling me I need to upgrade to TNT to watch.
Similarly if I try to watch the discovery+ app on my phone/computer I get the same message.
Looking at my account content packs it shows I have TNT Sports and Discovery+ basic. If I go to manage app subscriptions, disovery+ basic is shown as 'already yours', discovery+ premium says it's included with my TNT subscription - there is a 'buy' button but pressing it just triggers an error loop.
Any help gratefully recieved.

Same problem.
I have had stream and tnt sports for 18 months and have never been able to watch discovery plus premium
I have just renewed contract and just like this post I am still unable to watch discovery plus premium and now it is even worse. I cannot even watch basic discovery because "sign in" doesn't work. "Activate" doesn't work.
Help please

Further to my post at 834pm. I have just downloaded discovery on to my phone - and guess what!
I can watch discovery premium!
So why can't I watch it on my tv?
On my tv the sign on button for discovery doesn't work.
Very frustrating.

The Sky team have been brilliant. They kept in contact over the past week, and just this morning they have confirmed that my Discovery+ account has been properly upgraded. I've tested it, and we're all systems go!
