Hi all,
As above one of the kids has damaged the Glass, is it possible to buy a second hand puck and use that with a normal TV?
I havbe spoken to Sky and the only thing the representitive could offer me was whole home.
I am out of contract so could just start a new sky stream or Sky Q contract.

Only pucks originally distributed between October 2021 and February 2023 are legitimate for resale, and it's unclear if Sky has a mechanism for transferring a content subscription from a Glass television to a puck acquired that way.

Did you explain your Sky Glass TV was completely broken and wanted to de-registrater you Sky Glass TV and replace with a Sky Puck?
