Awaiting delivery of broadband but sent to wrong house and therefore got a missed delivery. Coming back tomorrow but worried will go to wrong address again. How can I let them know?

Might be worth trying to give DPD a call and letting them know what happened about them delivering it to the wrong address so they can make sure it correctly delivered tomorrow.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kags1 DPD don't deliver broadband, did you order a stream puck?
If you also ordred broadband at the same time you should be aware there is a minimum SLA of 10 working days sio would not & could not be active when you get your puck.

I was informed via text and I'm currently trying to get through to DPD.

It must be the stream puck that they have tried to deliver.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky deliver broadband hubs via Royail mail, as far as I am aware, not DPD.
Sky stream pucks and any Sky mobile purchased devices ( phones/ tablets/laptops) are delivered by DPD.
In your Mysky online account or MySky app, it will show all the delivery details under 'Track my order'.
Did you order broadband and other services, like Stream and/or Sky mobile sims or devices from Sky?
