Content can’t be played on sky glass puck

We have been trying to watch programmes on sky witness on catch up whilst using the sky glass puck and not the main sky glass tv but we get a message saying the content cannot be played on this device yet previous episodes can be played. Any ideas as to why?

Hi @Elfick 

 

Check the output settings on the puck. If you are watching a UHD program on glass but only have your puck set to HD it will throw an error. Also might be worth advising what content specifically and the community can check.

@Elfick  For clarity you have a Stream Puck.

 

Glass only refers to the TV set.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's just the rookie on sky witness. Nothing special. How do I check what setting my puck is on?
