My sky stream remote buttons do not work properly and they select the wrong commands. I have been unable to use sky for at least a week.
is there any other way such as live messaging or email to get through to them?

Keep a look out for the chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
In the meantime if you have a Sky Q remote available you can use that to control your Sky Stream.

Find out more@Casebridge Previously you could only order a replacement Sky Q remote online but I have recently discovered a new link to request a Glass/Stream remote so it might be simpler to just request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote
If you are signed into your My Sky app first it will auto fill the form for you.

Fingers crossed it doesn't take too long for your replacement to arrive 🤞. If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait.

Thanks again for the help with this (not sure how to mark post as an answer, would do if did!) - replacement remote came through the door yesterday, no questions/quibbles, works fine now so issue resolved within 24 hours of posting on here - which itself is probably less than the expected hold time for a telephone call!

Same thing happened to me ..I filled the form out 2 days ago and new remote turned up today ...hopefully this was a diffrent batch

Our remote has just started doing the same. We have tried all the resets and still not working.

If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for the replacement to arrive.
