Can i ask why sky make it so difficult to speak to a human being when you do get through staff are excellent but you have to jump through hoops to get there. Also why is there no customer service email address ?

@Davros66  You are only asking other customers about Sky not using email so the only answer we can give is that they choose not to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
