Channel 5 donut of doom

Hi, recently switched from Q to the stream/puck thing, all good but u can't watch anything on channel 5, live, streamed, downloaded or whatever - I just get the donut of doom for everything on C5 - has anyone else had this problem - all other channels seem fine.

Power off the stream box and back on again to see if it fixes the problem @swr1

@swr1  I had the same problem yesterday trying to watch something from my playlist on Ch5.  A reboot as suggested by @Dazzasky sorted it out for me.
