Channel 5 Not Streaming from Playlist

I am having real issues with trying to play programmes from Channel 5 on my playlist. 

I have programs in my playlist for Channel 5.  When I go to select the first in the series, it freezes and I get the circular symbol scrolling round and round.  This then stays on the screen and you cannot get it off.  If I go to the second one in the series it plays.  This is only after I turn off the tc and reset it.  

Getting more and more frustrated at Sky Glass as issues never seem to be resolved.

I am having exactly the same problem.

It is very frustrating,it played a few times but it just goes round in circles niow.

I didn't even know i was getting sky stream.My broadband is really slow now.

Tried to play episode today and 3 days layer from reporting it, it's still not working. 

They need to address these issues but not sure anyone ever looks into them

As well as Channel 5 ,I am having problems with Channel 4 asking me to sign in.
