Changing Broadband on my Sky puck from Plusnet to Sky broadband

I am currently getting my broadband from Plusnet and I am changing to Sky broadband tomorrow so how do I adjust my puck to Sky please

@martbees  Go into the setting menu, navigate to the network settings and reset network.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Set the SSIDs on your new Sky router to the same network names and passwords as your old router.

All your home devices including the puck should reconnect automatically.

Otherwis go into the puck settings menu and armed with the new network name from the back/card on the Sky router, select that and enter the WiFi password.

Thank you all for your kind replies, I'll try what you suggest and message back tomorrow when I've done it. Being 82 years of age I'm sure be successful

Thank you all very much, the Openreach engineer came today to connect my full fibre broadband with Sky and he set up my Sky hub and there was no effect on my puck. Job done and thanks again.
