Re: Changing Broadband on my Sky puck from Plusnet to Sky broadband
Set the SSIDs on your new Sky router to the same network names and passwords as your old router.
All your home devices including the puck should reconnect automatically.
Otherwis go into the puck settings menu and armed with the new network name from the back/card on the Sky router, select that and enter the WiFi password.

Re: Changing Broadband on my Sky puck from Plusnet to Sky broadband
Thank you all very much, the Openreach engineer came today to connect my full fibre broadband with Sky and he set up my Sky hub and there was no effect on my puck. Job done and thanks again.
