Cant connect my tv to the puck

I have this ouck for 3 datmys now. I already called 2 times. First call  was not resolve. Second call he wants to update the emailm but i think email address is correct. If this will not work might as well send it back!

@Donna002  I'm afraid threats to send things back won't get your issue resolved, what may help is if you explain exactly what the issue is as you've not actually said within your post.

 

Without any details the forum will be limited in ny help they can offer.
