Cant connect my SKY stream box

Hi. I received my SKY TV stream box and I am trying to install it. I have issues to connect it to my WiFi. My WiFi provider is ASK4Wireless and it works by inserting MAC address and enable the specific device. However after enabling it. it still says that it is connected to broadband router, but cannot connect to the internet.

I'd think that suggests either the MAC entry wasn't successful or there's some other difficulty routing Stream traffic over that particular ISP network: other posts have indicated the platform struggles with WISP connectivity.
