Cannot view UHD content on Sky 1 despite having a UHD TV and The Sky Ultra HD & Dolby Atmos TV pack

I'm trying to watch Rooster on Sky 1. I have both an UHD TV and The Sky Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos TV pack, but when I try to play, I get the message "The content you have selected cannot he played on this device". Frustrating.

You've posted in the Sky+ forum, and Sky+ / Sky+ HD hardware has never supported UHD.

Yes.

 

Settings>Picture and sound>Picture Resolution>2160p[UHD]

Does other UHD on demand content play correctly or is it just Rooster? 
Can you watch it in the HBO Max app instead?

Have just tried playing Rooster from On demand, listed under Sky One.

It has the following formats available to play in the All formats selection.

Ultra HD with HDR

Ultra HD

HD

 

All five episodes play in any of those selected formats.

Can you try changing to one of the other formats using All formats and see if that helps?

I can watch on HBO, but would like the option of viewing in a format I should be able to support.
