Cancellation of subscription on streaming puck

I keep getting hacked on my netflix.which comes free in my sky entertainment package and want to cancel sky. I'm nearly half way through my 2 yr contract. I waant to go back to freesat

@Polly2023 I've moved your post to Sky Stream as you mention this and a puck in your heading

 

That sounds as though your Netflix account has been hacked. In these situations you will need to contact Netflix who will be able to reset your account.
You can contact Netflix on the link below

If you want to cancel in  your contract period you would need to contact Sky but they may hold you to your contract all you can do is ask them
