Cancel sky stream email but I did not send a cancellation request

I went to use my sky stream this evening to which I couldn't access my channels. I logged onto my account in which I had a bill paid last month as normal and a bill with credit for a cancellation. But all my account services still show active and contract date August 2026. 
I have checked my emails and had 2 in my junk from sky one saying Netflix subscription is  cancelled and another saying ( see below) well anyway I haven't sent a request to cancel nor have I spoken to anyone to cancel either! Can anyone help??

Cancelling Netflix won't automatically cancel your membership. Billing will automatically revert to Netflix if they still hold a valid payment method. You can review your Netflix membership by visiting help.netflix.com.
 
If you have any other open orders with us, these won't be cancelled unless you've asked us to.

@Sops1989   As you may or may not know this is a forum for Sky users.  This is something that needs to be raised with Sky by ringing them, I am sure they will be able to sort it out.
