Can't see Sky Sports 1 or 2 in channel list

Hi. Have just moved to sky and have full sports package. Can see all channels but not Sky Sports 1 or 2. Am I doing something wrong?

AFAIK there is no Sky Sports 1 or 2 channel. The full list of channel names available on Sky Stream is here:

Sky Sports 1&2 are very old channel names that are no longer used ... and haven't been used for many years😉

Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 were last seen as channels in July 2017.

Since then the Sky Sports channels have been named as below.

If you have the Sky Sports full package on Sky Stream your Sky sports channels will be listed and named as follows;

Sky Sports Main Event - 401, swaps with Sky Sports Main Event Ultra HDR if you have the Sky UHD & Dolby Atmos package

Sky Sports Premier League - 402

Sky Sports Football - 403

Sky Sports Cricket - 404

Sky Sports Golf - 405

Sky Sports F1 - 406, swaps with Sky Sports F1 UHD  if you have the Sky UHD & Dolby Atmos pack

Sky Sports Tennis - 407

Sky Sports Action - 408

Sky Sports+ - 410

Also in the Sports section, not tied to the Sky Sports pack;

Sky Sports News  409

Sky Sports Racing - 411

Sky Sports Mix - 412

Wow I feel sorry for you. Pretty bad the agent on the phone doesn't even know the list of Skys channel names.
