There isn't really anything you can do.
Sky legally can't take a cloud recording of everything you playlist, it comes down to contractual agreements they have in place with broadcasters and rights holders. Typically News is one of those genres that is massively affected by this, which means if you don't watch it live you have to wait for the broadcaster to make it available on their own catch-up app like IPlayer or ITV X, which isn't always immediately after the broadcast.
