Can't "Manage home set-up" or "Manage content packs", mouse cursor shows "no entry" symbol...
...I was thinking of adding another Sky Stream Puck to my account.
I was hoping a couple of clicks and I could do it but the above two options aren't accessible on my account, and haven't been since I switched from Q to Stream. If I hover the mouse pointer over either of these buttons, it turns into a no entry symbol and the buttons aren't clickable.
I really dislike dialling in and going through the semi-automated system, being stuck on hold etc, and even if I did that on this occasion, going forward I'd like to be able to manage my account online; has anyone seen this issue and is there a solution?

Re: Can't "Manage home set-up" or "Manage content packs", mouse cursor shows &am
Thanks!
I tried multiple browers, the mobile app, everything, but those options are always unselectable to me.
In the event, I called in to get the extra box, but it's a bit annoying I can't manage my account online.

I am also having this exact same problem which somewhat defeats the point of Stream being flexible if we have to call in to make a change.
There must be some kind of permission issue that lets the Sky ID see the content packs but not actually manage them.
Anyone else had this problem and got it resolved?

Not sure if anyone from Sky monitors these forums and could help?

Yes Sky do monitor the forums for trends.
But, as a community Superuser we can also flag trends on here with customer issues to Sky.
I have made them aware of this.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Evn though it seems to also affect other customers.
Do as mentioned above in this thread, try clearing your browser cache, use another browser or pc device, if you are using it through the website or try using the Mysky app on a phone or tablet rather than the online website.

I have attempted all of the suggestions mentioned. I've tried 4 different browsers across 3 different devices clearing all data as well as the app. I've also tried this on 2 different broadband connections and 2 different mobile data connections.
So far, nothing has worked!

Glad it's been flagged anyway!
I doubt many people who might be considering an impulsive/non-essential upgrade will log the issue on the forums, or bother to call in and go through the tedious waiting system, so if it's a widespread issue it will undoubtedly be costing Sky money.

Yeah, same issue, you can't remove or change package details. It's silly in this day and age and that's on mobile, laptop, pc or tablet. Nothing Works!
Looks like another gruelling call to sort.

Re: Can't "Manage home set-up" or "Manage content packs", mouse cursor shows &qu
I've managed to remove Add Skipping & Dolby Atmos, on the My Sky app, got them until 16/9/24, initially when going into the app & pressing TV it shows Managed Content Packs as greyed out, but if you click on Get Started just below Sky Cinema, another page loads, on the left TV Packs, on the right Home Set-Up, click on Home Set-up, the scroll down you'll see all what you have, to add Whole Home or remove them.
when it gets to 16/9/24 & I check the MySky app again, it will show Add Skipping again free for 2 months, add it then cancel a few weeks later it will be free for 2 months again after the date given, by doing this you'll never have to pay for it.
