Can’t get channel 4 catch up on sky stream
Can't get any channel 4 catch up channels on my sky stream boxes for the last two dsys

@1004_jdplease could you elaborate on what's happening? Is it that you can't see shows in your playlist, or that the Channel 4 app doesn't load, or if it does it doesn't play?
In the meantime, give it a quick restart and see if that helps.
- Go to Settings
- System management
- Resets & updates
- Restart device

Doesn't work when you select the app I've tried all resets etc also it doesn't work if you select a show from your playlist for this particular channel

Are other apps working ok?
Like iPlayer, itvx, c5
When you launch the c4 app from a playlist tile or from the listed apps rail, do you get any error message?
You could try the following;
Try a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Refresh your apps:
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.

@1004_jd would you be able to attach a photo of what you're seeing on screen, or write down what happens so we can understand more? I'm unclear from this thread at the moment if the Channel 4 app opens at all, or if it's just playback within the app that's broken.

Just goes to a black screen nothing happens after that when you click on the 4 app have carried out all resets etc on box strange as my other 2 boxes have no issues only the 3rd box has it.

Very odd. Channel 5 recently had a bug not dissimilar to this and the official advice is to do a factory reset to kick it into gear for that app so you might have luck doing the same here https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/My5-won-t-load/m-p/4916729#M46188
Generally we wouldn't advice just doing factory resets without Sky instructing you to do so, but seeming as that was the advice for a similar issue on Chsnnel 5's app it might be appropriate to do so. Check out that thread and make sure you're happy with it first, otherwise I could escalate this thread so a member of the Sky Community Messaging Team get back to you, let me know.

Yeah escalate if you wouldn't mind as I don't want to just do a factory reset all the time there is an issue thank you.
if nothing comes back then I guess I'll have to try that thank you.
