Get a backup streaming device, such as a Fire Stick, for when Sky Stream devices fail🙂

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Terribabs Firstly try a simple reboot by switching it off at the mains plug and waiting for a minute before switching it on again. It will then take about a minute to reboot.
If that doesn't resolve the issue try a refresh of the apps at Settings > System Management > resets & updates. I would do it before going to bed to let it run overnight as it can take a while for a full refresh.

If you have an it's still not working please provide a little more information such as any error messages or what actually happens when you try to access the App.

I have the same issue. I can get onto the app on my TV, but when I choose a programme I just get a whirling circle like it's trying to load. I've tried numerous times with numerous programmes but get the same outcome.
I've tried rebooting both the TV (JVC) and the Stream puck, and have refreshed my apps, but nothing has worked.
