In a word, no. The Stream box itself streams content over the internet, either via WiFi or Ethernet, and has no interfaces for cables from a dish.
Additionally, Sky will only allow a Stream subscription or a Sky+HD/Sky Q subscription at a given address, not both. So even if you have a Q and a Stream box, only one can work with the appropriate subscription.

Depends on the LNB on the dish and whether your Smart TV can be connected to a sat dish🤔
If you have Sky Q the LNB will need to be changed ... if you have Sky+ the LNB can supply a sat signal to a Smart TV with a DSat tuner😉
