Good luck with that! I have Sky HD and wanted to move to Stream. The option has now been disabled on the Sky website and all it does is direct you to Sky Glass. I tried phoning and waited and waited, etc.. When I finally got through I was told I really wanted either Glass or Sky Q, "No I didn't" "Oh yes you do". I finally asked to speak to a manager and was told that no one was avaliable so just gave up. Now thinking of binning Sky, moving to NOW for a month or two and then rejoinng as a "new" customer on Stream!

Cancelling Sky will get their attention ... you may even get an offer at a lower price😉
