Can I cancel sky broadband but keep sky stream

I've had a price increase my broadband am I able to cancel sky broadband keep my sky stream and get a broad broadband from another provider

Hi @Kezza144 yes you should be able to. It will have been outlined in your communication you would have reviewed from Sky for the price rise.

Yes, the billing for Sky TV and Sky broadband is separate.

With the new One touch switch service, you do not need to cancel your Sky Broadband, by calling or contacting Sky.

Ok thank you I'll try and have a look at how to do it 

I've found cheaper broadband elsewhere which is a shame
